From The Owner: Stephen Ruocco
I grew up eating traditional Italian American cuisine and my love of cooking was inspired by the recipes that were passed down to me from my grandmothers. I want this restaurant to consist of the traditional flavors and techniques that inspired my love of cooking. I hope to create a menu that encompasses a new take on familiar flavors. I would like to thank my family for supporting me and loving me throughout this process. I would also like to thank my friends who have continually tasted my food and provided feedback. Without the love and support of my family and friends this dream never would have come to fruition. I am very grateful for this opportunity to share my passion and my food.
